  • Do you have questions about local transportation options for seniors?
  • Have you ever wondered where to find information about Relatives Raising Children, Alzheimer's Disease, caregiver support or home health care?
  • Do you know the difference between Medicare and Medicaid, and how to find the best health insurance?

  • Would you like to apply for DSHS benefits online, with individualized assistance?
The answers to these and many other questions can be found at the Key Senior Information Center (KSIC), a program of The Mustard Seed Project.

Friendly and knowledgeable volunteers staff the KSIC from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m every Monday, Wednesday & Friday (except holidays). They also gladly respond to phone messages and emails while on their shifts.

Pamphlets and brochures on a wide variety of aging-related topics are available. Our volunteers also use internet resources and files of information supplied by the Pierce County Aging & Disability Resource Center and other sources.

This information and referral service is free and confidential.

Our volunteers are devoted, responsive and constantly searching for up-to-date information on an expansive range of topics.

There's a world of valuable information available to you at the Key Senior Information Center.

Please drop by during office hours, call (253) 884-9814, or email tmsp@centurytel.net.
