Classes will be on Wednesdays from 11:15am-12:15pm.
We will focus on yogic philosophy, range of motion, building strength and balance, breathing techniques, and relaxation. Students will be encouraged to move at their own pace.
Interested students need to be able to get down to the floor and back up unassisted.
