Our Senior Housing Project

By the end of 2022, 0ur community will have a place for people who wish to stay here but are too fragile to live alone in their own homes. With support from the State, County, and the community, we are building the Key Peninsula’s first assisted living campus.

We are well on our way. So far we have:

  • Purchased five acres in Key Center
  • Worked with architects, engineers and construction consultants to design a campus that will be home to 30 elders
  • Secured building permits and lined up financing
  • Raised more than $6 million to build this project
  • Begun construction

When it opens in 2023, this multifaceted project will transform and enhance aging in our rural community.
