Introduction to Gentle Yoga

The Mustard Seed Project is offering an eight-week introductory Gentle Yoga class for older adults. Students will be encouraged to move at their own pace. The class will focus on yogic philosophy, range of motion, building strength and balance, breathing techniques and relaxation.
Friday mornings, 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.
January 19 through March 9, 2018
Instructor: Lisa Dunham MS, RYT
- yoga mat
- bath & hand towel
- A yoga strap and a yoga block would be nice
Clothing: comfortable, loose or stretchy
NOTE: Interested students need to be able to get down to the floor and back up unassisted. For those with health concerns, please ask your doctor to clear your participation.
Fees: $72.00 entire 8-week session
or a $10 drop in fee per class.
