Fall Health Fair
See You October 7th!

What’s Happening at the Fall Health Fair?

We are excited to host our third annual Fall Health Fair at The Mustard Seed Project and we hope you will join us!

The Fair is on Tuesday, October 7th from 10am-2pm at the Crandall Center. The Crandall Center is located in Key Center on the hill behind the Key IGA grocery store. We are right across the street from The Village, our assisted living homes. 9016 154th Ave. Ct. NW, Lakebay, WA 98349.

We will have:

  • Flu and COVID-19 Vaccines
  • Blood pressure checks
  • Free chili and cornbread lunch 🥣🌽
  • Live presentation on Medicare Open Enrollment Guidance
  • Community Resources including:
    o Community Health Plan of WA
    o Virginia Mason Franciscan Health
    o Whole Washington
    o Key Senior Information Center
    o Homewatch Caregivers
    o Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department
    o Key Peninsula Community Services

Need a Ride?

We’ve got you covered! Thanks to our amazing volunteer drivers, we are able to offer transportation to and from the Fair in our wheelchair-accessible shuttle bus. Call us at (253)-884-2216 to schedule your ride.

What’s for Lunch?

Need another reason to come to the Fall Health Fair at the Mustard Seed Project? Free lunch! It wouldn’t be a “Fall” Health Fair without a cozy, fall lunch. Chili and cornbread will be served at the Fair.

Anything Else?

Yes! Don’t forget to grab your free emergency bag full of safety items to keep in your car or at home in case of an emergency. These bags were generously donated by Lutheran Community Services NW and the William A. Looney Family Foundation.
